Apply base coat to protect your natural nails.
Grab a small dotting tool and paint light blue dot nail tips.
By using a bigger dotting tool paint dark blue flower above the nail tip.
Finish the flowers with light blue dots.
Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy.

- Essence Active Whitener base coat,
- NYC light blue nail polish,
- Catrice dark blue nail polish,
- Miss Sporty 3D Gel Effect top coat,
- Dotting tool.
