Apply base coat,
Paint your nails white and let them dry.
Grab a small dotting tool and paint dark blue, blue, light blue and silver glitter dots in line making gradient dot rows.
Finish the manicure with top coat to protect it from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy.
Products I use:
- Essence Active Whitener base coat,
- P2 white and light blue nail polishes,
- Essence blue, dark sparkly blue and silver glitter nail polishes,
- Sally Hansen Insta-Dri top coat,
- Dotting tool.
