Apply base coat to protect your natural nails,
Grab a small dotting tool and paint dark blue and light blue flowers over the nail tips.
Finish the flowers with tiny white dots.
Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy.

- P2 light blue nail polish,
- Artdeco white nail polish,
- Sally Hansen Insta-Dri top coat,
- Dotting tool.
