Apply base coat to protect your natural nails,
Apply clear nail polish and don't let it dry.
Grab dotting tools and paint medium and small dots over the nail tip.
For this design I don't use top coat.
Products I use:
- Essence Active Whitener base coat,
- Essence clear nail polish,
- Sally Hansen pastel blue nail polish,
- Dotting tool.
