Apply base coat to protect your natural nails,
Grab dotting tools (medium and small ones) and paint flowers.
Finish the nail art with top coat to protect it from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy.

- Essence Active Whitener base coat,
- Essie dark blue nail polish,
- Lovely white nail polish,
- Essence top coat,
- Dotting tools.
