Apply base coat to protect your natural nails,
Paint your nail black and don't let it dry.
Add neon green and gold medium dots to the wet base color in curved line.
Let them dry then apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy.
Products I use:
- Essence base coat,
- Rival neon green nail polish,
- Essence black nail polish,
- Sally Hansen gold nail polish,
- Dotting tool.
