Apply base coat to protect your natural nails,
Paint your nail white and add blue dots to the wet base.
Let it dry.
Apply off white translucent nail polish.
Finish the manicure with top coat to protect it from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy.

- Crystal Nails off white translucent nail polish,
- Lovely white nail polish,
- Essence blue nail polish,
- Rival Ultra Gel top coat,
- Dotting tool.
