Apply base coat to protect your natural nails,
Paint your nails by using mermaid top coat and let them dry.
Grab a small dotting tool and paint tiny light greenish blue, blue and dark blue flowers over the nail tip.
Finish the nail art with small white dots.
Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy.

- Essence Active Whitener base coat,
- P2 dark blue, blue and greenish blue nail polishes,
- Moyra Mermaid top coat,
- Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear white nail polish,
- Rival Ultra Gel top coat,
- Dotting tool.
