Paint white French tip and let it dry:

Apply clear nail polish and let it dry:

Paint 3 white dots above the nail tip and by using a needle shape hearts:

Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy:

What I use:

- Essence Active Whitener base coat,

- Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear white nail polish,

- Essence Clear nail polish,

- Essence 3D Effect Gel Look Plumping top coat,

- Needle,

- Dotting tool.
