After applying base coat paint your nails dark purple by using Scotch tape:

For the dots we need:

- pastel purple,

- blue,

- baby blue nail polishes:

With top coat fix rhinestone over the dark purple:

Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy:

What I use:

- Essence Pro White Active base coat,

- Catrice dark purple nail polish,

- Moda Gel Effect blue nail polish,

- Sissi Flexible baby blue nail polish,

- Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear pastel purple nail polish,

- Essence 3D Effect Gel Look Plumping top coat,

- Rhinestones,

- Scotch tape,

- Dotting tool.
