After applying base coat, paint one of your nails with clear polish and don't let it dry:
Paint dark blue dots over the wet nail tip:
With a needle shape the flowers:
Finish the design with tiny white dots by using toothpick:
Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy:
What I use:
- Essence Pro White Active base coat,
- P2 dark blue nail polish,
- Essence white nail polish, clear polish,
- Essence 3D Effect Gel Look Plumping top coat,
- Dotting tool,
- Toothpick,
- Needle.
