After applying base coat, paint one of your nails with clear polish and don't let it dry:
Paint 4 black dots over the wet base, 4 white dots over them, then 4 neon pink or pink dots over the white ones:
Pull a needle through the dots:
Finish the design with 2 black dots:
Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy:
What I use:
- Essence Pro White Active base coat,
- Essence clear polish,
- Rival Me neon pink polish,
- P2 white nail polish,
- OPI black nail polish,
- Essence 3D Effect Gel Look Plumping top coat,
- Dotting tool,
- Needle.
