First apply base coat to protect your natural nails:

Paint your nails dark sparkly blue and let them dry:

Paint the right side of the nail light blue:

Paint white dots over the light part:

Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy:

What I use:

- Essence Pro White Active base coat,

- Essence light blue, white, sparkly dark blue /City Of Stars/ nail polishes,

- Essence 3D Shine Gel Look top coat,

- Dotting tool.
