With a thin nail art brush paint sparkly outline. This polish I use is somewhere between the gold and silver:

Finish the design black eyes and mouth:

Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy:

What I use:

- Essence Pro White Active base coat,

- Essence black and white nail polishes,

- Catrice gold/silver sparkly nail polish,

- Essence 3D Shine Gel Look top coat,

- A thin nail art brush,

- Dotting tool.
