First apply base coat to protect your natural nails:

Paint your nails black and let them dry:

Apply matte top coat:

Paint white dotting tool flowers using regular white nail polish:

Add red dots to the flowers:

What I use:

- Essence Pro White Active base coat,

- Essence black nail polish,

- MaxFactor red nail polish,

- P2 white polish,

- Dotting tool,

- Rival de Loop Young matte top coat.
