4. With a sewing needle make hearts from the dots:
5. I put light blue polish into the tiny hole what the needle made:
6. With a nail art brush and nail polish remover you can fix the edge:
7. Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy:
What I use:
1. Essence base coat,
2. Catrice light blue nail polish,
3. Essence blue and white nail polishes,
4. Sally Hansen Double Duty base&top coat,
5. Dotting tool,
6. Needle.
