Paint a dark pink spot over the nail tip:

Then paint dark purple leaves - I use acrylic paint:

Add yellow dot the the pink spot:

After that add blue paint to the leaves and paint blue leaves too:

Finish the design with tiny white dots:

Paint 2 light brown medium dots:

Paint small dark pink dots around the upper dot:

Paint small greenish blue or blue dots around the other dot:

Paint small yellow dots over the brown ones:
