Fix Scotch tape in the middle:

Paint the left side purple (I use sparkly polish), the right side pastel purple and don't let it dry!

Paint small white dots over the pastel side and pull a needle through them:

Remove the tape:

Finish the design with small white dots over the empty space:

Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy:
